New FIX Tag for Routed Executions and Update to HandInst (FIX Tag 21)

Overview
Beginning Monday, May 14, 2018, IEX will populate FeeCode (FIX tag 9882) with the specific fee code associated with an execution on a non-IEX market. FeeCode will be a passed through value from Market Centers if LastMkt (FIX tag 30) is not IEX, therefore this update only affects Users that utilize the IEX Router. Please see Appendix F of the IEX FIX Specification for the tag mapping IEX performs if LastMkt is a non-IEX market.
On Monday, May 14, IEX will no longer require HandInst (FIX tag 21) from Users; when populated, values will be ignored by the Exchange. This deployment will be iterative, so sessions will be affected beginning Monday, April 30.
