IEX "K-Day" Benefiting Wings Over Wall Street 2017

IEX Trading Alert #2017 - 042

Overview

On Thursday, October 26, 2017, IEX will host "K-Day," the Exchange's third annual trading day to benefit ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) research. On IEX K-Day, every trade of at least 1,000 shares executed on IEX contributes towards a donation to Wings Over Wall Street, a non-profit organization that funds research to find a cure for ALS. Last year's IEX K-Day raised over $71,000.

The calculation for this donation is total shares traded from executions of at least 1,000 shares, double-counted, and multiplied by $0.0009. Trades involving displayed shares and broker self-match will count towards this donation. On IEX K-Day, you can track the donations made throughout the day on the K-Day webpage here.
